BRYONY RANFORD – Managing Director, Added Value Australia
Bryony joined Added Value when it launched in Australia in 1998. She particularly enjoys working on brand positioning, portfolio and innovation projects and her broad experience in leading projects with local and regional clients includes Shell, Ford, Diageo, SAB Miller, Sanitarium, Campbell’s, National Australia Bank & Southcorp.

Prior to joining, Bryony had more than 15 years brand development, communications and insight experience in senior client and agency roles with Qantas, Westin Hotels, Bates Advertising and Leo Burnett in Australia, Hong Kong and South Korea.

 

IRMA DEL MUNDO – Deputy Managing Director, Added Value Australia
Irma joined Added Value 5 years ago and now leads the company’s Asian team.

Her speciality is brand development and innovation and, true to her name, she travels “the world” to facilitate workshops and manage a broad range of projects for global and regional clients including Pepsico, Levi’s, Disney, HSBC, and Nestlé.

Prior to joining Added Value, Irma spent 10 years on the client side in research and marketing, working in the Asia Pacific region for Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble.

 

 

 

MELISSA CAREY – Director, Added Value Australia
Melissa joined Added Value in 2003 and has already led a number of projects in Australia, China, Thailand and India for key clients such as Colgate Palmolive, Pepsico International, Smith’s Snackfoods, Southcorp, Arnott’s, Kellogg’s and Wrigley.

Prior to joining Melissa had already spent 12 years in marketing including  client-side experience with Unilever, Johnson & Johnson and SA Lotteries.
