GADI SCHÖNHEIT - CEO & Managing Director, Icon Added Value, Italy
Gadi was the cofounder in 1981 of InterMatrix Italia, a local market research company specialising in future forecasts (socio-cultural and economic) and quali-quantitative analysis with expertise in the pharmaceutical, finance, publishing and business to business fields.

This company is now part of the Added Value Group with Gadi as CEO with specific business responsibility in the pharmaceutical and banking/insurance areas. His most important pharmaceutical clients include Bayer, Boehringer Ingelheim, GSK, Merck Sharp & Dohme, Novartis, Pfizer, Sanofi-Aventis, Agos e Frescobaldi.
Gadi is well-known in pharmaceutical circles, having worked for the main local associations of physicians, pharmacists and industries and he writes regularly for the most important specialist reviews. He has a degree in economics.

 


MARTINO BOFFA - Managing Director, Icon Added Value, Italy
Martino joined Icon Brand Navigation as Managing Director in 2003, having been a market researcher and brand consultant since 1985.

Martino specialises in the automotive sector and has published a number of articles in Italian car magazines such as Quattroruote and InterAuto News.
His main automotive clients include Aprilia, BMW Italia, Citroen Italia, Daimler Chrysler Italia, Fiat Auto, Pirelli, PSA Headquarter, Renault Italia, Volvo Italia, Yamaha, Piaggio, and Ducati. Other clients include Diadora, Invicta, Procter & Gamble, Snaidero, Telecom Italia, and TotalFinaElf.

GIOVANNI SCIBILIA- Senior Consultant , Icon Added Value, Italy
Giovanni has worked for Icon Added Value since 2005 in charge of media and advertising surveys.

Previously, he was an account manager at GPF Allaxia Group, Milan where he coordinated projects and managed a qualitative team performing tests such as product, pack, name, positioning, brand equity, concept, scenarios and so forth.
He has extensive experience in the investigation of consumption habits and attitudes in the FMCG, automotive, fashion, beauty care, media, TLC and furniture markets with particular expertise in international surveys. 
Giovanni has a passion for philosophy, cinema and the visual arts. He is editor of Out Out, Oltrecorrente and Filmcritica magazines and has published essays on related topics.
