KRZYSZTOF NAJDER - Managing Partner, CEO, AV-Stratosfera, Poland Krzysztof co-founded Stratosfera in 1997 and was instrumental in the strategic partnership with Added Value in 2006. He holds a PhD in Psychology and was a professor at Warsaw University. He also held positions as Creative Director at DMB&B, Publicis and Y&R.
Krzysztof is an ex-pro bridge player and a notorious tennis player. In the short breaks between training & tennis games, he enjoys a glass of bourbon, listening to Keith Jarrett records and reading Capote books.
AGNIESZKA GRYNKIEWICZ - Managing Partner, AV-Stratosfera, Poland Agnieszka is one of the original founding partners of Stratosfera. She leads brand innovation, positioning, and portfolio strategy projects and her client experience includes Edipresse, Glaxo SmithKline, Belgia/Palm Breweries, SAB Miller and TP/France Telecom.
Before founding Stratosfera, Agnieszka spent 5 years in advertising agencies (Y&R, Publicis/FCB) as a strategy planner. Agnieszka graduated with an MA in Psychology at Warsaw University and her passions include martial arts and painting.
MARIUSZ SWIATEK, Managing Partner, AV-Stratosfera, Poland Mariusz joined Stratosfera in 1999 when it was a small start-up with just one consultant. In 2002 he became Managing Partner and is responsible for business development, financial and legal issues.
He began his professional career in Advertising in 1996 at Hager Poland (now TBWA), where he was Account Manager and New Business Manager. He studied law at Warsaw University Law School. His main areas of interest are the art and science of negotiation and arbitration.
Mariusz loves spending time with his wife Diana, hot weather and fast driving.
BARTEK SERAFINSKI, Managing Partner, AV-Stratosfera, Poland Bartek's first profession was sailing; in 1997 he won the Admiral's Cup as a member of the USA team. Bartek joined Stratosfera in 1999 and became a Managing Partner in 2002. He works with most of Stratosfera's major clients leading projects for beer, non-alcoholic drinks, food, telecoms, media, finance and political marketing clients. He is now responsible for business development and intergration with the Added Value team.
Prior to joining Stratosfera, Bartek worked at Publicis Warsaw and The Union Advertising Agency in Edinburgh. He has a Masters in Marketing and speaks fluent English. Naturally, he loves sailing on anything that moves on the water; skiing, tennis and frequently conducts dangerous cooking experiments whilst hosting dinner parties. |
