OLEG KUZMIN,  Managing Director, Added Value Russia
Oleg joined Added Value in January 2007 as Managing Director of the newly opened Moscow office. He will be leading the local team and help to build the AV business in Russia and most of the former USSR republics.

Pre client-side, Oleg worked in the advertising field for more than 10 years.  Working his way through several levels with Young&Rubicam Russia,  his final position was Client Services Director and General Manager. His experience includes industries such as FMCGs, automotive, finance and B2B.

Prior to joining Added Value, Oleg headed up major innovation projects with Mars Russia, latterly leading the marketing activities for Mars Russia Food Division. 

Oleg is married and has two small kids – Misha and Masha.  His passion, in his free time, is photography and one day hopes to hold his own exhibition.
