MARIE RIDGLEY - Managing Director, Added Value, UK
Marie joined Added Value in 2000. Her focus is on Brand Development thinking for clients such as Danone Dairy, Twinings, Wrigley’s and Homebase and she has worked at board level with Blockbuster UK and Danone Dairy on corporate visioning, inspiring both teams to think bigger and bolder in tackling the future.
Previously, Marie worked for Bacardi Martini UK Ltd, where she was Marketing Manager for Bacardi Rum & Bacardi Breezer.
BART MICHELS – Managing Director, Added Value, UK
Bart joined Added Value in 2003. A Brand Development specialist, he also heads up Added Value’s Global Vodafone relationship as Global Client MD.
Bart started his career in brand management at Glaxo SmithKline working on Lucozade and Ribena, before moving to the Kellogg Company of GB. At Kellogg’s he helped to set up the GB Innovation team and eventually went on to become Marketing Manager for the Republic of Ireland and Media Controller for the U.K. After a stint as Head of New Brands at Coca-Cola GB, and prior to joining Added Value, he spent 3 years at NTL as Group Brand and Communications Director, where he oversaw the merger with Cable and Wireless and the total rebranding of the consumer business as NTL:home.
Bart has a BSc in Economics from University College London, is married to Helen, and has a three year old son, Luke. He enjoys what little time is left indulging his passion for playing and watching sports – especially rugby, and avoiding doing DIY.
SARAH TAYLOR - European Field Director
Sarah joined Added Value in 2000 tasked with developing a Qualitative Field team for the UK encompassing internal Field staff and an external recruiter team. In November 2006 she was promoted to European Field Director and is now responsible for managing Qualitative Field teams across Added Value’s European offices.
Prior to joining Added Value, Sarah worked as Field Manager at The Qualitative Consultancy and previous to that as Deputy Field Manager, Synovate UK.
Sarah is married and lives on the banks of the River Thames close to Hampton Court.
