Kantar is the insight arm of international communications group, WPP and has a strong commitment to skills development across the international network. The Kantar Graduate Programme (KGP), which was launched in 2004, is designed to offer six South African graduates a two year rotational placement with three of Kantar's South African businesses: Added Value, Milward Brown and Research International (eight months at each).
Graduates are exposed to many sides of the businesses, primarily market research (quant and qual) and brand and marketing strategy. A competitive entry level salary is paid and there is a good chance that excellent interns will be absorbed into one of the businesses at the end of the two years. The programme is designed to promote diversity in our South African businesses and as such only applications from previously disadvantaged individuals will be considered.
South Africans living abroad may also apply, but should have just finished their studies or be in their first two years of work.
